Hi, I'm Charlotte

I'm a Pilates instructor helping men and women to rebuild their strength, posture and confidence through movement.

My classes combine traditional Pilates with weights to help to build muscle mass and support bone density, providing functional strength and releasing daily tensions My classes are supportive and will leave you feeling more flexible, stronger and happier.
